2. ADMINISTRATION OF PARKING MACHINES

Spectrum stores, a.s., provides service and routine maintenance. In the event that there are any malfunctions with the parking meters, please report these malfunctions to the phone number 474 651 027. Also use this number for all complaints.

3. OPERATING TIME OF THE PAID PARKING LOT:

Monday-Sunday: 0:00-24:00 for the arrival and departure of vehicles

5. OPERATION OF PARKING MACHINES

1. When entering the parking lot, the driver collects the parking ticket by pressing the button on the stand in front of the barrier and the barrier opens.
2. The driver keeps the parking ticket with him, it is not recommended to leave it in the vehicle.
3. Before leaving the parking lot, the driver pays the parking fee at the parking machine located at the entrance to the OC from the above-ground parking lot.
4. The parking fee is paid according to the length of the parking time (see point 4.) with coins in the value of 5, 10, 20 and 50 CZK or banknotes in the value of 50, 100 and 200 CZK (it is necessary to follow the instructions on the display that appears payment options). The machine returns any overpayment. Card payment is not possible.
5. After paying the displayed amount, the driver takes the confirmed parking ticket and then uses it at the exit barrier.
6. The driver can request the issuance of a tax document by pressing the button.
7. When leaving the parking lot, the parking ticket is placed on the marked spot on the exit stand and the barrier opens.
8. Loss of a parking ticket is fined 500 CZK.

• 6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATION AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

  1. Act No. 361/2000 Coll. applies in full in the parking lot. on road traffic and changes to certain laws (Road Traffic Act) as amended and supplemented.
  2. Only passenger road motor vehicles up to 3,500 kg may enter the parking lot.
  3. Entry of vehicles powered by LPG is prohibited in the underground parking area.
  4. The maximum permitted speed of vehicles in the parking lot is set at 10 km/h.
  5. Every user of the parking lot is obliged to:
     • get to know the operating regulations of the parking lot
     • respect traffic signs
     • park the vehicle only in marked places
     • after parking, secure the vehicle when leaving
  6. The following are not allowed in the parking lot:
     • carry out any repairs and maintenance of vehicles, including washing
     • deposit objects and otherwise pollute parking areas
     • handle open flames or flammable materials in any way
     • damage the owner's or operator's equipment installed in the parking lot
  7. Furthermore, for safety reasons, the following are prohibited in the parking lot:
     • move drunk persons or persons under the influence of narcotic and psychotropic substances that reduce attention
     • ride scooters, roller skates, skateboards or other similar means
     • let animals run freely (e.g. dogs without a leash and muzzle)
     • operate a stand or errand sale without the written permission of the lessor
  8. The operator of the parking lot is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, damage caused by breaking into vehicles or damage caused by the theft of vehicles, nor is it responsible for damage to objects left loose in the vehicle (e.g. clothes, photo equipment, luggage, etc.).

  9. In the event of damage to another vehicle or equipment in the parking lot and in the parking lot, the driver is obliged to report the damage to the OC security service and remain at the scene of the damage until the arrival of a security guard and the writing of a damage report.
  10. Immovable vehicles and vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the owner's expense.

• 7. EVACUATION

  When an evacuation is announced, all persons present in the parking lot, including drivers of parked vehicles, are required to obey the orders of the emergency (respectively security) teams, the owner or operator, and the security service.

  At the same time, the OC Visitor Regulations apply in all areas of the parking lot.
  The operating regulations of the parking lot take effect on 1 October 2010
